ARCHITECT
Roland Hower is registered in 3 states, Colorado, Florida and Virginia; holds a NCARB registration, ongoing member of the Boulder Green Building Guild and is a Certified Green Building Architect who holds degrees in Architecture and Fine Arts Studio.
He apprenticed for renown architectural firms including Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Harry Weese Associates in Chicago, Muchow Associates in Denver, Barger + Dean Architects in Sarasota, and Wilhelm Holzbauer where he assisted in the design for the new Amsterdam City Hall Project.
His architectural studio is in Boulder, Colorado. A carte of projects range from Custom and Multi-Family Residential, Commercial and Mixed Use, to Life Care/Health Care in Florida. Projects include rehab and conversion of existing warehouse/industrial buildings to mixed use in Historic downtown Richmond Virginia. His focus on energy conscious/green building design and site planning dates back to 1974 in Colorado.

Clint Cooper founded Greenstone Holdings in 2003 and manages its operations. He works closely with the rest of the team to select exceptional properties, guide the design process and secure financing to ensure the successful completion and delivery of unique Rocky Mountain homes that exist in harmony with their surroundings.Clint spent 20 years in the telecommunications industry, engineering, constructing and operating mobile telecommunications businesses around the world. Clint lived in Italy for six years and became enamored with Mediterranean culture and architecture. He has a passion for traveling, trekking, skiing, biking and exploring new cultures and has visited over 40 countries.
In 2002 Clint “retired” as the Chief Technical Officer for Vodafone Europe and formed his own businesses. Having attended graduate school at Colorado University, he returned to the Rocky Mountains and founded Greenstone Holdings, which presently does business in Boulder and Crested Butte, Colorado.
